Commercial Monitoring Protocol 1989

This document describes a protocol developed for the Existing Buildings
Efficiency Research (EBER) program in 1989 that addresses the basic measurement
and reporting requirements for studies of costs and savings from energy efficiency
improvements in commercial and related buildings. This document is one of the
example protocols discussed in the ASHRAE Handbook (Applications) chapter on
building energy monitoring.
