Energy Performance Distributions for Hospitals
The plots below are cumulative histograms of building energy use intensities (EUI).
Plots are shown for four countries in both kWh/ft-2 and GJ/m-2 formats.
To compare your building to others, find the applicable plot below and:
1. Locate your building's annual total energy use intensity on the x-axis.
2. Move up vertically to the curve and then left to the y-axis to determine the percent
of buildings more efficient than yours in the selected country.
